Affiliate Marketing Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Agreement

By participating in our affiliate marketing program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

  1. Program Participation

2.1 To participate in the program, the Affiliate must complete and submit an application form, which the Company may accept or reject at its sole discretion.

2.2 The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time with or without notice.

  1. Affiliate Responsibilities

3.1 The Affiliate is responsible for promoting the Company's products or services in accordance with the Company's branding guidelines and ethical marketing practices.

3.2 The Affiliate must disclose their participation in the program and any compensation received in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.3 The Affiliate is prohibited from engaging in any activities that are illegal, misleading, deceptive, or harmful to the Company's reputation.

3.4 The Affiliate is solely responsible for the content of their website and marketing materials, and the Company does not endorse or approve any such content.

  1. Commission Earning and Payment

4.1 The Affiliate will earn a commission on sales generated through their unique affiliate link(s) in accordance with the Company's commission structure.

4.2 Commissions will be paid on a [payment schedule, e.g., monthly] basis, subject to the Company's verification and approval of qualified sales.

4.3 The Company reserves the right to withhold payment for any reason, including but not limited to fraudulent activity or violation of these terms and conditions.

  1. Intellectual Property

5.1 The Company owns all intellectual property rights associated with its products, services, and marketing materials.

5.2 The Affiliate is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Company's intellectual property for the sole purpose of promoting the program.

  1. Term and Termination

6.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our marketing materials and remove all references to our products.

6.2 The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately for any violation of these terms and conditions.

  1. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any information provided to you as part of the affiliate program, including but not limited to commission rates and customer data.

  1. Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the modified terms.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program.

  1. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka.

By participating in our affiliate marketing program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
